“It was great this was multidisciplinary as a medic we are taught about diagnostic criteria. Our social care colleagues categorise in terms of strengths, challenges and knowing the individual – much more useful. Jenny did fantastic modelling of how quick it is accommodate reasonable adjustments -its not onerous. Lee was a superb presenter and was so open – I really thank her – she explained things so well- her difficulties were certainly hidden very well – she opened my mind. Some of my colleagues, who are doctors, have attended other training and felt personally criticised. There was absolutely no element of this at all in this training and every participant was treated similarly.”
